David Cocks QC ecological landscape of Fatherhood,How He Treated His own Son with Contempt and Distain.

David Cocks QC ecological landscape of Fatherhood
David Cocks Q C differentiation of treatment to his 50 year old step daughter Flora Wood and his own flesh and blood son .David Cocks has never given his own son a Christmas present, a kiss a hug while Flora Wood has had all these things for 50 years. David Cocks excluded him from house home and heart with never thought of kindness or love for him which he extended to Flora Wood from birth before she was his step daughter, even giving West Backstone Farm to Flora's mother to exclude his own youngest child from inheriting.

But, of course David Cocks of Rackenford who has complained that first his (200 acres from which he excludes his youngest child from, the child he thought it morally appropriate to abandon at birth) and others views on the ecological welfare of his landscape were not being considered. Oh my. This has led to him giving his voice to protest against the project stating the right to people being consulted, presumably as a Human Right. but what about the human rights of his youngest son to share this ecological inheritance and this delightful landscape with its God given beauty for presumably all to share. Yet while David Cocks was cocooning himself in his distractions of his landscape he was labelling his son as someone to be subjected to exclusion. After he made his pupil pregnant and then was divorced by his first wife for adultery with Sarah Childs her best friend and his best friends wife he designated an exclusion policy endorsed by his second wife to exclude his son from his ecological landscape. He told Sir Derek Spencer when the infant child was on a life machine struggling in agony for every breath to survive, the mother sleeping day and night on the hospital floor next to his bed, penniless and distraught with worry (having no family support-her mother having died when she was 6) "I couldn't care less ,it nothing to do with me, I will never see the child, I don't care if he dies." Sir Dereck was utterly shocked and especially that Cocks uncaring attitude included no financial support from one of the richest most cossetted barrister in England. Cocks carried on drinking his champagne, then drove to his enormous house in St Johns Wood from which he prepared himself to drive down to his country estate in order to hunt foxes next day. Cocks therefore had refused to take on the views of the mother of his child who he refused to say a single word as punishment for refusing to abort his son ,refused to consult his son as to whether he liked being abandoned and would have wanted to be aborted, William Marshall Q C who tried to help and was ostracised for this ,Derek and William gave some money for the mother to have a holiday before the birthday because she was so stressed and paid for her to stay with the poet Robert Graves who became the boys godfather to show his solidarity against cruelty and abandonment against a vulnerable child and because he said "the mother writes good poetry"

But now David Cocks QC is demanding that people show him the consideration which he denied his own child to be listened to be afforded human compassion, and that for just a landscape from his farm. How awful to have his perfect life spoilt by the delimitation of his perfect view, from his farm from which he claims tax concessions for the farm business while he gives his wife the farm house, God forbid his view should be spoilt but yet his standards of moral inclination allow him to wreck the life of his child who he wished dead before birth because of an inconvenience, but not his view. He was prepared to stop his son being born, to stand at the edge of a corn field, to feel the warmth of a summer breeze, to see relics of long forgotten pasts, to see the Acropolis, to hear Beethoven's 5th Symphony, to stand on the edge of the sea to read Shakespeare to miss playing with his godfather Robert Graves in his Majorcan garden, to miss his conversation Alan Bennet the writer who befriended Cocks son (and incidentally states that anyone who abandons his own child is without morals and a bastard)"Nominally they are consulting people, but they are not taking our views on board - it's them telling us what they're going to do" Cocks talks of "ecological harm" and "balance" yet this same father cares nothing for the ecological or the development in his own flesh and blood. He excludes his son and abandons him but my gosh, let no one damage his sky line or his view even over his local parish .

He goes to church on Christmas day but doesn't think of his own son who grew up in poverty and without Christmas and birthday cards from him. He smiled benevolently and nods to the presiding vicar and congregation and astonishingly without any conscience of the flaw in his moral thinking, his enjoyment and power and position is all.

He even told his own mother it wasn't his child though he invited his young pupil to stay with him with his parents while he was married so she must have known the truth. Cock's father died in sorrow of knowing of the cruelty to his youngest grandson and used to phone in secret afraid of his son and wife discovering because of their hard hearts towards the child ,because as the grandmother said "you were a very naughty girl not to abort the child and to disobey my sons demand in this regard, because his career and family must come in priority." Shortly after this Cocks was divorced by his wife for having another affair the recipient of which though he had no children by he married and gave the farm to (except the farm business for tax purposes)these two now fight hard to keep the moral ecological balance over the three parishes and of course their landscape .Cocks adhered to the proposition that it will affect him and people over and across three of his local parishes, where of course he is nicely settled with his 197 acres of landscape where he hunts and fishes .He likes his view and doesn't like the effect of disturbance of view over Exmoor and Dartmoor, and the Two Moors Way, where he likes to walk for pleasure and for sport. People including himself will be affected. But his youngest son who he abandoned at birth (see Private Eye)wont be affected, because he is never invited down there he is stuck in a tiny flat in Camden Town.

So affected is David Cocks QC that he doesn't even send his son a birthday card or Christmas card, to much bother. Anyway there is no law only the law of moral integrity which renders that ,and David Cocks finds writing and talking about the wind turbines of greater imperative what does Michael Moore say on this, and Alan Bennett.Alan Bennett says that only a real bastard abandons and ignores the moral landscape of his own child. (1) Whether this affects people across three parishes remains to be seen, but global warming is already affecting people worldwide, while abandoning your own child effect your own lineage for life and this is afar greater human responsibility imposed by all humanity and all moral law, not just across three parishes.(2) So what if the farm can be viewable from Exmoor and Dartmoor? Some personally like the look and image of the sleek wind turbines, and I do not see how their presence will disturb people's enjoyment of the countryside at all. On the other hand childhood should not be squandered in order that the elite can be cocooned in their elitist The notion of landscape is a material social human process which should be demonstrated by humanity not a metaphysical dance of capital that runs the show and provides developments in socio ideological violence to the vulnerable .
